Tricia Byrnes: A Conservative Reformer

Tricia Byrnes is not just a representative; she is a wife of mother of three sons, a community advocate, and a fighter for the values that make Missouri strong. Her commitment to public service grew from her own experiences as the mother of a cancer survivor, which led her to become a leading voice for families affected by mismanaged nuclear bomb waste. This personal mission evolved into a broader calling to protect all Missourians from government overreach and bureaucrat-led failure.

Since entering the legislature, Tricia has established herself as a 'Proven Reformer.' She has taken on career lobbyists and special interests to ensure that the voice of the taxpayer is the loudest one in Jefferson City. Whether it's fighting for property tax relief, championing quality education, causing a national revamp of 988 , or advocating for the historic RECA legislation, Tricia has consistently proven that she has the courage to lead when it matters most.

With deep roots in her community and a clear vision for Missouri’s future, Tricia is ready to bring her conservative principles and reform-minded leadership to the State Senate. She believes in a government that is accountable, schools that prioritize students over technology, and an economy where working families can thrive without the burden of excessive taxation.

SUPPORT REAL REFORM

Tricia Byrnes Conservative Reformer
For Real People

Tricia Byrnes believes public service should be about real people, real families, and real results.

A mom, wife, and small-business minded conservative, Tricia never expected politics to become part of her life. But when she saw government failing families in her community, she stepped up and started fighting back.

Tricia has built a reputation as a fearless reformer but if you ask friends and constituents what they notice first about Tricia, it isn’t politics.

It’s her energy.

Whether she’s traveling the state meeting voters, hunting for the best finds at TJ Maxx, talking with families at community events, or cheering on Missouri businesses, Tricia believes life should be lived with grit, optimism, and a sense of humor.

She believes the best leaders are the ones who never forget where they came from — and never stop standing up for the people they serve.

Tricia has been married to Judge William Byrnes since 1997.  They call Wentzville home and have three sons 26, 23 and 14. She  earned a Bachelor of Science from Southeast Missouri State University and later a Master’s in Education from Lindenwood University. However, her best lessons in life didn’t come from a classroom. They came from growing up with great parents, a sassy little sister and a rowdy kid brother living our best Gen Xer life in North County — riding bikes until the streetlights came on, drinking from garden hoses, and learning early that hard work, loyalty, and common sense matter.

Tricia thanks her husband, parents, sons, in-laws, siblings, nieces, nephews and many friends who have supported her throughout life and along this campaign journey.
