Unconstitutional \"Red Flag\" laws strip citizens of their due process rights and Second Amendment protections without a proper hearing or evidence. Tricia stands firmly against any legislation that allows for the seizure of firearms without a fair day in court and the presumption of innocence.

Library & Public Space Gun-Free Zones
Mandating public spaces as gun-free zones creates soft targets and deprives law-abiding citizens of their ability to protect themselves and their families. Tricia believes Missourians should have the right to carry in public spaces they support with their tax dollars.

Tracking ammunition purchases serves only to create a backdoor registry of gun owners and infringes on the privacy of Missouri residents. Tricia opposes any attempt to record, monitor, or restrict the sale of ammunition to law-abiding citizens.

Radical proposals to ban all semi-automatic firearms would effectively disarm the Missouri public. Tricia opposes any legislation that aims to ban this class of firearms, which are commonly used for defense and sport.

Missouri has some of the strongest constitutional protections for the right to bear arms in the nation. Tricia will fight any attempt to weaken Article I, Section 23 and ensure that Missouri remains a stronghold for the Second Amendment.
